How do you love yourself? Do you think you’re enough?
Many of us were taught we are not enough. So we try to do more, work on ourselves, buy more… so we can be enough.
But despite how much we do… we still don’t feel enough.
What if you’re enough as you are now, in your flaws and imperfection?
Can you relax in that? You don’t need change a thing. There’s nothing “wrong” with you. You don’t have to change yourself, your desires to be “enough.” And, enough for who?
And in that knowing, you can take action, grow, and “improve” on yourself. The difference is, you are taking those actions out of self love instead of self hate.
When you try to improve or change something because you feel that you’re not enough as you are, you’re doing it out of self hate.
When you try to improve or change something because it feels joyful to do so and you’re doing this out of happiness for yourself, you’re doing it out of self love.
Can you unconditionally accept yourself right now, in all your imperfections and perfections?
