Sexy Spicy Cinnamon + Turmeric Latte (Turmeric Milk)

The season of glorious indulgence is coming upon us, but the weather is getting colder and darker. So we are tempted to eat more, and laze around.

How about we spice up the cold by indulging in this Sexy Spicy Cinnamon + Turmeric Latte (Turmeric Milk), which contains antioxidants from cinnamon, ginger and turmeric?

According to Dr. Michael Greger, turmeric contains curcumin which is anti-inflammatory, may combat the effects of sitting, and help fight diseases such as cancer. And of course, cinnamon, turmeric and ginger can also boost our immune system in this dreary season.

Oh, and did I mention that turmeric may also enhance sex drive? 😉 

So laze around in the cold… with your love, and this Sexy Spicy Turmeric Latte. While you’re at it, remember to have some synchrony sex to warm up!

Sexy Spicy Cinnamon + Turmeric Latte (aka Turmeric Milk)

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of coconuts sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1/8 cup of cashews
  • pinch of cardamom
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1.5 cup of hot water
  • 1/8 cup of raw ginger

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, ideally Vitamix or Blendtec, and whiz to mix. Pour into a tall glass and drink!
