Here goes, you’re going to love this SuperCharger Green Smoothie. This smoothie can be rustled up in a matter of moments – only a few minutes of preparation time.
This is a simpler and sweeter version of most green smoothies out there, and I promise… it will *activate* your digestive system in the morning. Blending the greens help your body absorb the maximum nutrition from the vegetables.
Even my friend who is not into smoothies got hooked onto this – This drink might look bitter (it looks so green!) but I promise its so refreshing, delicious and good for your body.
One of the most delicious and healthy drink which is a smooth, virtuous, and nutritious treat in the morning!
This drink is a great way to include lots of greens in your morning to kickstart your day and give you energy – far more than just eating your veggies.
A serving of the SuperCharger Green Smoothie contains over 2 cups of dark leafy greens – kale and spinach –which are packed with protein, iron, fibre, and phytonutrients, supercharging your day.
Top that with fresh pineapple, which provides exceptional juiciness and vibrant tropical flair, that balances the taste of bitterness from kale. Pineapple can also improve digestion, protect against free radicals, and support your immune system, especially given its high vitamin C content.
Of course, banana adds extra creaminess and sweetness to the smoothie and helps prevent muscle cramps.
Balance this with hydrating coconut water, and you’ve got your SuperCharger Green Smoothie that supercharges your morning!
Tip – If you want extra sweetness, add stevia to taste. You can keep this smoothie in the fridge, as long as you keep it in a covered jar, for about 2 days. Great treat for an afternoon boost of energy too.
Fill blender with coconut water. Blend spinach and kale till smooth.
Add pineapple and banana and blend on level one, gradually increasing to level 6 or so, till smooth.
Place ice cubes in Vitamix, add Stevia to taste. Blend again till smooth. Enjoy!
