I’ve found that self-esteem and self-love are the key to achieving our deepest desires and authentic purpose.
When we operate in a place of self-hate and low self-esteem, we are likely to be out of reach from our authentic purpose, unfulfilled, and not at peace.
And I believe the way to increase self-love is through the exploration of the shadow and integration of parts work.
This, in essence, is the acceptance of all parts within us, including parts within us and emotions we are so afraid to see and feel.
‘Emotions are not all-consuming and never ending, we are just afraid that they are.
Many of us may have learned to push parts within us away and repress them. But this only leads to shame and self-hate, as these parts and shadow within us are there, and they do not go away. As a matter of fact, these parts are just waiting for our love and embrace.

When you are in “state A,” you may have a particular energetic imprint. And healing involves changing this particular imprint into a different state – “state B”.
But, to achieve the state of healing requires one to integrate the shadow, which is part of the unconscious mind and is composed of repressed parts. The shadow forms out of our attempts, since childhood, to adapt to societal norms and expectations.
When one “manifests,” one manifests from the conscious as well as the subconscious. While you may be doing all the positive thinking, affirmation exercises to achieve your goals, your subconscious mind is at the back of your mind driving your decisions and point of attraction.
Integrating the shadow requires us to feel all our emotions, including those we are so afraid to feel. Through feeling those emotions and meeting unmet needs in our childhood, we can then
