Introducing…  Raw Organic Baby Carrot  Sticks with Thai Peanut Sauce & Apple Cider Vinegar

(1) c. 20 organic peeled raw baby carrot sticks

(2) c. 1 Tablespoon of Thai Peanut Sauce – I used de SIAM’s peanut  and coconutsauce, though you can create your own by mixing 1 Tablespoon of Green Curry Paste with 1 Tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter

(3) c. 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Milk (If you want a thicker texture you can use Coconut Cream)

(4) c. 1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Sap Sugar/Coconut Syrup/Agave Syrup

(5) c. 1/2 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar – I use Bragg’s.

(6)  Himalayan Salt

Preparation (Takes less than 5 minutes to make!):

Mix (2) – (5) together.  Add a pinch of (6).

Serve with (1).

Why Carrots?

Carrot contains carotenoids, which our body converts to vitamin A (retinol).

Carotenoids act as potent antioxidants, protecting cells and tissues from free radicals and oxidative damage which accelerates aging and causes diseases such as cancer.

Carotenoids may also help to prevent against macular degeneration and bolster eye health.

Why Apple Cider Vinegar?

Natural, raw apple cider vinegar is  rich in enzymes & potassium, according to Dr. Paul C. Bragg. It can also be considered a natural laxative.
