Overview

Work through negative beliefs and patterns, blocks to increase self confidence and manifest your desires. We will work with your subconscious and parts to figure out your predominant beliefs, your resistance to your desires, and reprogram your subconscious by meeting your unmet needs.

Philosophy

After years of exploring my subconscious mind through parts work, dance therapy, plant medicine, somatic therapy and shadow work, I came to this realisation — We are all inherently worthy of our desires that stem from the heart.

And, whether we achieve what we want is not just about hard work and struggles, but a lot about whether we believe subconsciously we are deserving of our desires or not.   

Self-esteem is not about external things or accolades, but an internal compass and self-worth knowing that you are worthy of your desires and that your presence is sufficient. And, low self-worth stems from meanings we assigned to traumatic events which happened in the past as well as emotional blueprint that has been stored in our psyche and body from such traumatic events in our childhood or beyond that.

Building this self-love and coming to the realisation that we are inherently worthy ultimately comes from acceptance of parts within ourselves, including those that we are so ashamed of. And, this begins with self-compassion, which is a result of the exploration of the subconscious as well as integration of various parts within ourselves.

And, when we learn to be with repressed parts of us and being present with what is, including all our emotions, we are in the process of being more “complete” and “whole.” We can then transform the subconscious by assigning different meanings to the past events. But we cannot do this through bypassing our negative emotions or just doing positive affirmations. We also have to work with the parts within us to figure out the resistance we have behind what it is that we are wanting.

Coaching sessions are an opportunity to be held, seen and supported. During your session, we will help you better understand your subconscious mind by identifying your existing beliefs and  programming that may have been holding you back from what you desire. We will also hold space for your various parts and allow them to express themselves. 

Method: Pillars of Transformation

 
  1. Clarify your goals
  2. Identify recurring patterns in your life that you want to change
  3. Find out how past events have shaped your perspective, your past, and how they may shape your future
  4. Identify existing subconscious beliefs + blocks
  5. Hold and release trapped emotions 
  6. Transform subconscious beliefs to align with your goals 
  7. Realise your inherent worthiness & stand in your power 
  8. Communicate your desires to meet your needs and get what you want 
  9. Set boundaries to enhance your well-being

  2. Increase your self worth by shifting the way you see yourself and valuing your gifts
  3. Present your value to the world by crafting a strong narrative / story of who you are for your audience
  4. Overcome limiting beliefs and negative self talk
  5. Get clear on the why behind your goals
  6. Channel emotions constructively into your goals
  7. Avoid burnout by setting healthy boundaries and asking for what you need
  8. Own your power by accessing higher levels of consciousness and achievement
  9. Enhance your physical and mental well-being through the subconscious mind and diet 
  10. Move into high self worth and stop settling 
  11. Manifest your goals with greater ease 
 

What to expect:

At the beginning of the session we will go through your coaching questionnaire, which will be sent to you prior to your session. Next, we will go through a “radical self inquiry” exercise where we will ask you questions about your goals and engage in a conversation about your current beliefs. Thereafter, we will uncover your shadow and parts within that maybe blocking you from achieving your goals, and more.  We will then work with those parts and reprogram your subconscious through shadow work and connection to the body. The goal of sessions is to help you achieve more clarity and peace, find the root of your issues, and provide action steps on how to best move through your issues.
