Healthy Thanksgiving & Christmas Express Recipes

As the holidays are approaching, many of you are planning parties, going to events, and obviously… feasting!

Before Christmas… you’re juggling multiple tasks, trying to figure out which party to attend (and politely decline), and yes secretly wondering how you can burn all those calories you’ll be adding up during the holidays.

And after Christmas? The nightmare begins.

“You better not pout, I’m telling you why…” 🙁

Your six-pack gone missing. Maybe it’s just around the corner…

As we all know, Christmas is a beautiful time to celebrate with your family, friends and loving pets.

I really don’t to spoil the fun, when you’re reaching for this suspicious-smelling mince pie that has been marked down repeatedly (ever wonder why?), by telling you “Don’t eat that; that’s crap!”

But, I do want to give you the tools so you can at least spend a night cooking in and make a healthier meal that is void of processed ingredients, without too much oil and processed salt, without depriving yourself.

And if you have family and friends who have dietary restrictions given various conditions, I’m sure you’ll find these recipes handy.

As a gift to my beloved readers, I have created a Fusion, Plant-Based, Express Thanksgiving and Christmas Menu. Since many of you are international, I’ve personally created a few alluring fusion dishes in there, especially if you love spices and exotic flavors.

Each recipe takes less than 35 minutes to make, which gives you more time to play and maintain your six-pack 😉 All recipes do NOT contain refined salt or refined sugar. Minimal oil used.

It’s so effortless, filled with beautiful pictures and clear directions that it’s so easy to use! And yes, you don’t even need a dehydrator. The recipes are basically just an assembling of the easy-to-find ingredients and getting the right measurements.

For you omnivores, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the dishes as well – they’re very filling and warming for the sometimes dreary winter days.

And I’ve also featured recipes from Mimi Kirk, my raw food teacher, guest chef, and winner of PETA’s “Sexiest Vegetarian over 50” (You can view her book here), as well as nutritionist and culinary instructor, Katie Mae, at the TrueNorth Health Center, so you have a taste of their delicious holiday dishes. Special thanks to both Mimi and Katie for contributing!
